Mercusys MS106LP 6-Port Desktop Switch

The Mercusys MS106LP is a compact and efficient 6-port desktop network switch designed for small office and home use. It features 4 PoE+ ports alongside 2 standard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, allowing simultaneous data transfer and power delivery through a single cable, making it ideal for powering devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points.
With support for IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standards, the switch can deliver up to 30W per PoE port and a total PoE power budget of 40W, ensuring ample power for connected devices. The device also supports an extended PoE transmission distance of up to 250 meters using its special Extend Mode, providing greater flexibility in device placement without the need for additional power sources.
The MS106LP comes with an isolation mode that allows traffic separation between ports to enhance network stability and security. This switch offers plug-and-play simplicity, requiring no configuration, while its durable metal casing promotes efficient heat dissipation and longevity.
Designed for easy installation, the switch supports both desktop placement and wall mounting. It is fanless, providing quiet operation, and features status indicators for easy monitoring.
Power is supplied via an included 53.5V/0.81A adapter, and the switch’s power consumption varies from a low 1.87W (no devices connected) to 44.8W under full PoE load. Its operating environment spans temperatures from 0 to 40°C with non-condensing humidity up to 90%, making it suitable for typical indoor settings.
The Mercusys MS106LP package includes the switch, power adapter, and a quick installation guide, backed by a 1-year warranty (excluding adapter).
