Know the warranty rules first
Skyland BD sends claimed products to the supplier or manufacturer. Warranty service follows the product-specific, local and BCS rules that apply to the item.
Proof required
You must present the purchase invoice, bill or receipt when making a warranty claim. Without proof of purchase, the claim is not accepted.
Service duration
Warranty service time can vary with supply and stock. A claim may take 7 days in normal cases and up to 35 to 40 days or more for special cases.
What is excluded
Damage from burns, breaks, tampering, rust, liquid, scratches, pests, serial mismatch, or visible impact marks is outside warranty coverage.
Accessory limits
Laptop batteries, chargers and accessories are limited to 1 year and are not included in the main product warranty.
Additional notes
Computer setup and operating system customization at sale time is not under warranty. Lifetime warranty means the item remains eligible as long as the product stays on the market.
