Description
The Grandstream GXP2200EXT is an expansion module designed to enhance the functionality of compatible Grandstream IP phones, including the GXP2140, GXP2170, and GXV3240. This module features a 128x384 pixel backlit LCD display and offers 20 programmable dual-color LED buttons per page, with the ability to switch between two pages, allowing for up to 40 contacts or extensions per module. For larger deployments, up to four GXP2200EXT modules can be daisy-chained together, providing visibility for up to 160 contacts/extensions.The GXP2200EXT supports a range of call management features, such as Busy Lamp Field (BLF), Speed Dial, Bridged Line Appearance (BLA), Shared Call Appearance (SCA), Call Park/Pick-up, Presence, Intercom, and conferencing/transfer/forwarding. These features are accessible through the module's programmable buttons, which are controlled and powered by the host phone, eliminating the need for an additional power supply. This integration ensures seamless operation and simplifies installation, making the GXP2200EXT an ideal solution for users who manage high call volumes, such as receptionists or administrative staff.To connect the GXP2200EXT to a compatible Grandstream IP phone, users can utilize the included interface cable and mounting hardware.
