Skyland BD follows the international, local and BCS warranty policies supplied by manufacturers, and only items with a declared warranty are covered.

Warranty coverage
Most products receive warranty support quickly, and some are replaced as soon as a defect is reported. Not every sold product includes a warranty period.

Notebook rules
Laptop warranty varies by brand and model from 1 to 3 years. Battery and adapter warranty is limited to 1 year on all laptops.

Inspection and replacement
For monitor claims, bring the box. If repair is not possible, the product may be exchanged with an equivalent or better item, or refunded after depreciation adjustment.

Skyland BD is not responsible for software or data loss during use or service. Restoring software or recovering data is also outside the service scope.
